LOST
This is a new show by J.J. Abrams which well… has me addicted. I’ve been watching the episodes as they have been released in the US, and as the show comes to Australia this year I suggest you all watch it. It true Abrams style just like Alias, each week is full of twists and to take anything as fixed or for granted is just plain stupid. The charecter development is amazing and you really get an idea about most charecters, even though Abrams is never afraid to twist what you have seen to throw everything up in the air.
The story is based around 48 (originally) survivors of a plane crash on an island in the middle of nowhere. The first episode shows us that this is no ordinary island with stange noises in the middle of the night. I’m not going to say much more because most the shows attraction is how it twists and turns. If you are interested I have uploaded a trailer for the show which is pretty cool. The other show I am addicted to is Desperate Housewives. Its sort of a darker version of the OC, with a little older charecters (at least charecters… maybe not actors). An article talking about both Lost and Desperate Housewives is here.
