Ok, I remember watching this movie when I was a kid, and I have no idea what it’s called. All I remember is that there was a boy in it who was didn’t have any hair, and soe lady made some formula or potion or something to make his hair grow and it grew so fast that he had to have it cut like all the time. I know it sounds weird, lol but I want to know what it’s called so I can find it. If ya have any idea, I’d appreciate it.
