Sandstorming: 1… Nestlé: 0
![]()
As a follow-up to the original story here, I received the following in my inbox this morning…
Good morning,
Thank you for advising us of the problem you experienced with our AERO Fun Pack.
We are currently investigating your concerns with the information that you provided.
In the meantime, we have arranged for a reimbursement cheque to be sent to you so that you can purchase some replacement products.
…
All I can say is, even if we did send a satirical letter, we did have a slightly dodgy aero bar. Nestlé deserves full marks for the customer service which in this case is first rate! Well done Nestlé!
UPDATE: Nestlé’s cheque arrives in the mail here.

Good for you.
Typical swiss company, always concerned with quality.
That is all.

I just hate ‘em cause they put an accent over the “e” at the end of their name.
