More stuff has escaped from Fox Studios this week and found it’s way onto various bittorent tracker sites. This time, its the first episode of the third season of The O.C., and sources confirm it’s real.

One of the first scenes features Summer and Marissa, sitting by the pool discussing how they would not have guessed that their freshmen year would be spent by the pool awaiting Marissa to be charged with manslaughter. Trey is in hospital in a coma, and Ryan is not talking to Marissa.
Summer is quoted as saying: “Before Trey I never actually knew anyone in a coma. Well, I mean, on The Valley, there’s someone in a coma like every week, but I think they only do that so that when the person wakes up another actor can play the part.”

This is now the third video that has leaked from Fox before it’s official release date. Family Guy season 4 premiere, the Family Guy movie, and now this. Fox better get some sort of diaper to control all this leakage. It’s unhealthy.

well i love to see that most of u like the oc. sandy doesnt die in the last episode but marrisa does ryan actually kills her in a car crash but then when he trys to go for help marrisa says no and he stays and she dies in her arms. even though marrisa dies there is still another season in which anna the evil bitch she is goes out with seth once again. but seth being the way he is will always love summer. if u wanna download any oc eps just download limewire and u can get all the eps u want.
